Just found out I was pregnant with Twins

Canyon Lands

A couple of weeks ago we went down with Marks Family to Canyon Lands. It's a tradition, we always go every year. This year I was a little hesitant to go just because of the babies. Though in the end as you can see I did decide to go because I did not want to be home for a couple of days by my self. I did take it easy and just tried to have fun. It was such a great trip. Wes and Sky loved it. They always enjoy getting to see their cute cousins and hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa!

Over this nice weekend our little family did many things together. We went up to This Is The Place and the weather was perfect! We did go visit the graves, but that night we had our own backyard camp out! It was so much fun. We all collected blankets, pillows and gathered in our tent as it was pouring rain outside. Then as we were collecting our stuff , my clever husband had such a great idea by plugging in water proof power cords and bringing in our portable DVD player to the tent so we could watch movies all night!

Pool Party

This week Sky went to a very slippery and wild pool party! One of her friends from pre-school through this so exciting party. She had such a great time.

Hardware Ranch

On Saturday we all went to Hardware Ranch up in Logan. We had the best time! We met at Eiko's house for lunch, went to Hardware Ranch, and then went back to Eiko's house for dinner. It was a full day and was lots of fun!

Our Wesley is quite the little athlete! He skiis, swims, does karate, gymnastics AND he's a pro on the basketball court! We love to watch him play! He makes a slam dunk a second! Move over Michael Jordan -- you've got some stiff competition!

Snow Patrol

One of our favorite family Saturday activities is skiing!!! (Snowboarding for Mark :) Skylie and Wesley have such a blast going down the
tall steep mountain bunny hill. They are little pros at making the "pizza" and "french fry" with their little skis! We're so proud of our boy and our girl! Look at them go!!!

Sometimes Uncle Jayson comes with us too, which is always such a treat. Wesley is his little pal!

Sarah's Baby Shower

On Saturday February 7th we had a baby shower for Sarah and new baby Jackson. Family showers are always so much fun! It was so great to get everyone together for the afternoon. Sarah got some really beautiful baby gifts, fun games were played (thanks to Joy!), and as always, tons of pictures were taken at the big party!

One Sick Cookie

Last month I had surgery. It was NOT FUN! I couldn't use my hand at all, I had to have major help from both my parents and Mark, but little Skylie and Wesley were such troopers and took excellent care of their laid-up in bed Mommy!

International Summerfest

Last weekend was International Summerfest here in Bountiful.

Eiko sold (a lot) of her Japanese calligraphy and art,

Jacey sold her to-die-for cute cards,

my Mom sold her embroidered aprons,

and Shannon and her sister Sarah sold hair bows.

(I'm using the term "sold" here pretty loosley...

Eiko's the only one who actually sold anything.)

It was a lot of fun though

Uncle Paul's Visit
